Job Requirements: –
- Educate patients and parents of patients on maintaining proper oral health
- Prescribe medications as necessary
- Carefully document all medications, diagnoses, treatments and consultations
- Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment to patients, including regular cleanings, root canals, Extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth
- Active Indiana state dental License
- Active CSR (if applicable)
- Active DEA License
- DDS/DMD
