  • Prescribe medications as necessary
  • Carefully document all medications, diagnoses, treatments and consultations
  • Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment to patients, including regular cleanings, root canals
  • Active North Carolina state dental License
  • Active DEA License
  • Qualification: – DDS/DMD
